Booked here for a 40th Birthday party, we were given the upstairs area which was really good as the kids could mess about without interrupting others in the restaurant.
The food was excellent! we had no complaints, there were a few parties in but we didn't have to wait long for our food and it all came out hot.
Thank you for a great evening and we will be returning.

Went there for a baptism party. We were in the marquee attached to the main building and, despite the near freezing outside temperature, it was lovely and warm inside. The staff were great. I went to the main bar and the barman gave me a sample taste of their real ale to try which was very helpful. Good access to car park but, nowadays, they need to have a few destination charge points installed for electric vehicles. More...

Been twice now since it opened. First time I really enjoyed my steak but my partners mixed grill was over cooked. Chicken was black.
Second time today had lunch with a friend. Steak sandwich was amazing and my friend enjoyed her chicken in peppercorn sauce.
Service is fantastic. Everyone we have dealt with who works there are extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Would definatley be returning and recommending the place to anybody who will listen.

I ordered the calamari rings and the wings for starters - the wings were lovely. I also ordered the Asian chicken burger - it was so big and succulent. But most of all I loved the service of their staff. It was fast, and Sam (I think that was his name - hope the manager is reading) was really patient even though I kept changing my order, and even delivered to the hotel I was staying at. More...

We had my daughter's wedding here last sat (9th) and I gave to say it was a fantastic venue! The buffet was really good and kept being topped up so no guest went hungry, DJ had great control of the music and everyone had fun! I couldn't of asked for a better day. On a personal level, Andy who was managing the whole affair fir the Waterside certainly knew how to look after everything! The man worked so hard and made it perfect for us. Busy bar in the evening with friendly staff. Too many TVs on with sound turned up at the same time as background music is playing but you get used to the noise. One of the best meals I've had whilst staying at premier inn. Staff were attentive and friendly, food came out hot and fairly quickly and, most importantly, it was really nice! Had the hog roast burger and sticky toffee pudding. Recommend! Came back again after writing the above review and food is still as good!
