We used WaterLux as a water filtration and softening system provider and could not be happier. After conducting water tests that determined that I have very hard water, I had WaterLux install a water softening system with a water filtration system for the whole house, as well as a under the counter Aquaphor reverse osmosis with mineralization system almost 2 years ago. First of all, the water quality is amazing. Taking a shower in that softened and filtered water is like bathing under a water fall. The water from the Aquaphor system is also delicious! My brother in law (who normally criticizes everything) come over for dinner, and said it was the best tasting water he had ever tasted!!! I almost fell over. Now enough about the water. Lets talk about WaterLux. I have had several homes before this one, and have always tested the water, because its so important to your health. I have had different companies install different systems, which quite frankly were almost as satisfying (but actually not that close). The COLOSSAL difference has been WaterLux. From the very first phone call, the service has been impeccable! Knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. The installer was also willing and very capable of granting my wife any request regarding the installation, with a great demeanor. Five star service all the way. But remember, I said I had the filtration system installed almost 2 years ago.This is where I am truly amazed by this company: They actually call, with the same friendly attitude, to see how my system is doing! That is just so rare these days; follow up, caring service. I recently also had an issue with water getting into the electronics of the water filtration system due to that really bad storm we had recently, and when I called them, they came out that same day. We decided on this company because it was close to our home. Jan visited us and explained the system mostly to my husband because I was familiar with water softeners and filtration units. She did not rush the visit and was very thorough. She gave us a system that was fine for our small home and for only two persons living in it. Once my husband saw the state of our water he was impressed by what water treatment could do. Never once did we feel pressured to buy. The gentleman that came for the installation was very detail oriented and made sure our installation was perfect both with the reverse osmosis system under the sink to the system outside. We are very happy with the performance of the units, our drinking water is now free of any pathogens that could make us ill and our washer and dishwasher are happy as we are with the results. I had my system installed almost a yer ago, and about a couple of weeks ago I noticed it was not working, the water did not have that soapy feeling, so I called the company and the person that I spoke to narrowed it down to the control panel, she send me out a new panel and a couple of days later I had the panel and they sent out the technician to program it, very pleased with the service, the system is back up and running.

Living in Fort Lauderdale, we used to have yellow tinted water which is not uncommon from the tannins in the acquifer. It looked really disgusting. Waterlux installed a whole house water treatment machine and the problem is gone. The water looks and tastes better.
