Vegan coconut icecream was perfect. And the mango sticky rice was super tasty. Bun was well balanced. Peaceful atmosphere, parking in back with shaded patio seating as well as inside.

Great food, nice atmosphere and really good happy hour deals at the bar. A little expensive for what it is but that seems to be the rule in palm springs in general.

This is our “go to” restaurant in PS. We love the food. The staff is very kind and thoughtful. We’re particularly fond of Samuel. The owners are great. Lisa is usually always there and always stops to say hello. Phong is amazing. Get the duck soup!! More...

Watercress is the absolute best! They used to have a location in Redlands and we would go there all the time. We drive out to Palm Springs now, just so we can enjoy a meal at Watercress. The Pho is amazing, lemongrass chicken, spring rolls, anything on the menu is so good! The desserts are also a must try, passion fruit cheese cake, mango with sticky rice, snow ice cream... I’m seriously about to drive out to Palm Springs right now... it’s that good! The owners are also as sweet as can be and make you feel like you’re coming in to their home. We honestly felt like part of the family driving out to Palm Springs to dine with them, they were so good to us; wait staff was awesome, and the owners kept checking up on us. I can’t give this place more than 5 stars, so for that I am sad. Try it, you’ll love it. More...

Great place for food and drinks. Some dishes are very authentic and some are more on the modern fusion take on things. Full bar and pet friendly.

Great soups and ragout (beef stew)! Wait time for table was reasonable. Choice place if you're not in a hurry.

The front patio of this bistro is a very nice feature, allowing us to enjoy the cooler outdoor of mid October in Palm Springs.
The restaurant itself was bright and airy. The waitress serving us was a joy to interact with. I apologize for not remembering her name (I tried too). She is 1/2 Hispanic & 1/2 Native American. She has a delightful personality.
The Hangar 24 orange wheat beer which was recommended to me was refreshing and good. The orange flavor complemented the beer well.
The grilled beef summer rolls were tasty; its dipping sauce good. My personal preference would be that those rolls be left whole or cut in 2 instead of 3 as served. Cutting each roll in 3 as served made each section too short and difficult to handle. Still this dish was very good.
The gỏi gà (= chicken cabbage salad) was made with fresh ingredients; its dressing was right on. A very good dish.
The pho dac biet (= house special beef noodle soup) was ordinary though. The noodle might be slightly overcooked as they broke up fairly easily.
Overall thought, both my wife & I will make an effort to return to this bistro next time we are in Palm Springs, to try other dishes.
