These folks are awesome. David Kovalev was our main point of contact, and our installers were Chris and David. We had been trying to use our home buyers warranty to fix our HVAC system, but it didn't work out. The guys from Washougal Heating & Cooling did spend a lot of time on the phone with the home buyers people on our behalf, which we greatly appreciated. We ended up doing a full HVAC replacement. Everyone we interacted with was very responsive and professional. We have 2 young kids and 2 dogs and 2 cats, so our house can be kind of a zoo. Chris and David were kind and respectful. They worked all day until the job was done and everything seemed to be working fine. 20 minutes after they left, we noticed a water leak. Another 20 minutes later and Chris was at our door ready to help and diagnose the problem. David K showed up first thing the next morning with a replacement part and he did the fix. David and the folks at Washougal Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job on the installation of our new ducted hvac system. My wife told me last winter that she did not know if she could handle another winter in the house without central heat - and now we don't have to! The guys who did the work were professional and listened to what we wanted. I had bids from four competitors and no one else was willing to install a fully ducted system in our 1930 craftsman. Fast, efficient, professional and very friendly. I just had an air conditioner installed at my new home and I could not be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. David was able to come out to my home the same day I called to get a quote for the project. He was professional, friendly, and very informative about what size unit would work best for my home and location of the unit. I was then able to pick an installation date that worked great with my work schedule. On the day of the install everything went great. They double checked with me about the location of the unit to make sure that they had the right spot and everyone that came that day was very friendly and professional. After they finished installing the new AC unit, they walked me though how everything worked and made sure to answer all of my questions before they left. Thanksgiving eve 2018. Furnace making strange noise, Called Washougal Heating and David showed up about 7:00pm. After diagnosis we decided that a new furnace made the best financial sense. We also replaced the A/C unit because of its age. Did a lot of research. Got two more bids. Chose Washougal Heating and are we ever glad we did. Professional. Courteous. All questions answered.
