The class is different than a conventional class and may not be for everyone but I liked it. I've been boxing on my own for a few years and take classes here and there to help with my form. No nonsense approach to fundamentals, self confidence, discipline all hidden in an hour of fun. Alden Washington has been in the martial arts for 50+ years and has trained countless people to box, kickboxing and defend themselves. I go to this gym. I've been going here since April and not only is the coach a great coach but he's a great person. It's a sweat gym where you work hard. There is a boxing arena upstairs and regular fighting. I learned how to box in about 3 months. I'm very happy to still be a member here and highly recommend joining if you are serious about learning how to box. More...
