When I lived in Utah I used to go here 3-4 times a week. Although I moved to NY I still order coffee from them! One of the best roasters around!! Great staff too!

I've been buying fresh beans directly from local coffee roasters for years, always trying to brew the best coffee I can at home. I've bought beans in different cities, states, and countries. And this place tops them all. Something about the beans they select and how they roast them is different from anywhere else. I've gotten fascinating flavors in a cup of coffee that I didn't realize were possible. Each time I go back I have to try something new for a whole different experience. Picture it: Ogden on Sunday, warm weather, relaxing stroll around the botanical garden, and then the BEST part was meeting the adorable Corgie that runs this joint. The staff along with their adorable greeter were super friendly, and accommodating. I had the Rawanda brewed with the french press. Let's just take a moment, little bit of background on my part: I'm a former barista, and my current calling is in a hospital (working nightshift), coffee could be my middle name ;) ok... back to the heaven in a cup that was the Rawanda ... absolutely smooth, had a nice flowery almost sweet taste without any additions. By far the best cup of coffee I've had in a long time. I love that there is such style, and variety in this small roastery! Certainly can't wait to to come back on my next visit to the Northern Salt Lake area. Certainly worth the drive!!! More...

Soft, smooth, subtle, gentle, coffee. I’ve been in Ogden working with a friend for the last month and I’ve been hitting as many coffee shops as I can while I’ve been here, and I can’t believe the flavor of this coffee. I don’t know what they do, or how they do it, but it’s so nice. Solid shop, kind of seems like they're trying a little too hard to be hipster. But they're certainly doing it well.Friendly service, high end roasts, and a polished atmosphere. A more global complaint of mine with trendy coffee roasters is their fear of dark roasts, fruity is fine (which they deliver and it is tasty) but a little more dark flavor goes particularly well in espresso drinks, in my "expert" opinion.
