Very happy to endorse this company. We recently had WAS design and build an extension and build a patio. At every stage we were consulted to ensure of the best outcome. We used WAS Building services when we purchased a house that was very near derilict. Not only did they restore, renovate and modernise the original house for us, but we also had them build on the back a massive modern extension. They did an amazing job, the quality of the workmanship is second to none, we are so pleased with the result. Wow! Can’t thank the staff at WAS enough! From the initial consultation right through the design stage and completion they couldnt of been more accommodating! We are over the moon with the extension to the rear of our property and patio, the work has really transformed our home.The team are highly experienced and did a great job of managing the project coming in on time and in budget and accommodated all aspects of the work necessary. What do you love most about your job?
Renovation is what I love best. Looking back at before and after photos still gives me tremendous satisfaction. To be involved in building something from nothing which will be around long after I have gone.

Because i wanted to take full responsibility for the work that my colleagues and I were involved in.
