It was lovely to meet and chat with you at Crufts back in March this year, and my purchases from my shopping trip have been put to good use. Fellow competitors liked my jackets and managed to catch up with you at another show and were delighted with their new team purchases too. Personally I have found that your team back at base have excellent customer service skills and really make you feel that they take pride in getting to know their customers and giving us exactly what we want, not fobbing you off with what they think that you want. They are also skilled at ensuring that we get the correct fit without insulting their customers which I find quite refreshing, especially as I am on the short side of normal and not thin) lol. Their ability to explain the product technology terms is very reassuring too. Delivery is always with in the time stated if not a day or two earlier than expected. Huge well done to you and your team.I look forward to meeting you again at the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show at Llanellwedd, Builth Wells later this month, where I hope to find some more items to add to my wardrobe. Fantastic company for all outdoor clothing. I bought a pair of Craghoppers trousers from a retail store and loved them so much I wanted another pair for me and a pair for my husband. After googling these trousers we found Warwickshire Clothing website. The range of different colours they stock is phenomenal! We've never seen such a variety anywhere, and they're amazing value for money. We initially bought a pair online from them which were delivered quickly and efficiently. We decided to visit the showroom today and I'm so glad we did. The range of stock is incredible. The owner is so helpful, running up and down to find our sizes and recommending various items. It was so lovely to chat to him about the history of the company too. We came away with 2 bags full of new walking clothes, just ready for our holiday in The Lake District. Warwickshire Clothing is our new "go to" store for all of our outdoor clothing needs. The choice, the price and the great customer service is second to none. Can not recommend this company enough. I ordered a coat that I needed for the weekend, it arrived very quickly but unfortunately had a popper missing. I emailed Warwickshire Clothing and they advised me to order another one which they posted on 24hr courier (with no extra cost)so I still had it before the weekend and refunded the original payment as soon as they received the original coat back. I recently bought a pair of Regatta waterproof Pack It over trousers. They were a very competitive price and delivered quickly and efficiently. The trousers are fantastic quality and extremely waterproof, windproof and the fabric much more durable than I thought it might be. Comments about the open pockets letting in water have not been a concern for me. I find them very practical! I would recommend buying the waterproof jacket to go with the trousers, which easily covers the open pockets. Great Selection one of the best outdoor clothing stalls I have ever been to, staff were spot on always there to assist and very friendly, it was at the Royal Highland Show and had to pay one last visit before I left, its not often I do that, great online shop as well, a great selection of clothing and well done guys great show and hope to see you next year, already joined their online service.

Having trawling the internet, to no avail, in the hope of purchasing an exact copy of an item I had bought at a County Show I came upon Warwickshire Clothing on Ebay but not the exact size. Last hope - I contacted the company direct - MY PARCEL ARRIVED TODAY AS PROMISED, exact size and length required for someone who is vertically challenged and enjoyed too much of the Christmas offerings. Excellent service from first contact with your sales team to the 3 emails and 3 text messages keeping me informed of the tracked delivery with Royal Mail. I will definitely be ordering more items with you in the not too distant future. I recently went to the Camping & Caravan show at the NEC where I bought several items from Warwickshire Clothing. Very helpful staff, brilliant customer service, even phoning the other stall at the show to see if they had an item in the size and colour I wanted, which they didn't. But Vijay then offered to post the item to my home, which was fabulous. Received the two country classic shirts I bought on line today, Caramel Green and Highclere red and they are a perfect fit. It's been over 9 years since I last bought shirts from Warwickshire clothing who were at the Olympia London Christmas Horse event at that time. Those shirts are now past their best but proves the products are high quality and hard wearing to have lasted so long with the amount of regular wear I got from them. Having just placed an order on Amazon for a new waterproof coat having seen a soggy forecast for out holiday in Wales in 2 days the earliest delivery it would give me was days after we leave on Monday morning. Panicking i searched for Warwickshire Clothing's phone number and spoke to a lovely extremely helpful Thomas who advised if i put the order through now he would get it posted for me today. Absolutely outstanding customer service and i shall definitely be returning for any of our outdoor clothing family needs! FANTASTIC SERVICE... tried on loads of coats in loads of sizes and the guy was a perfect gentleman. I am fat (just being honest) and getting the right size in anything is normally hard let alone branded coats. .. here I was able to get a wonderful Regatta jacket that fitted perfectly.
