A great event and a good opportunity to try different vendors right here in Warwick. I have worked the event and have for the first time tonight attended the event as a patron. The amount of work that goes into this festival is hard to imagine unless you have been on the volunteer side (and yes, the entire event is run by volunteers as it is a fundraiser). The WFTF Coordinator does a fabulous job of providing restrooms, music, and a CLEAN enclosed space for kids to play and run and adults to lounge and relax. $10 admission is pretty cheap for a beautiful location with so many options. Yes, you still have to pay for food and drink and kids’ activities after paying admission , as you do at any fair or any festival. We had a wonderful time! I would like to suggest a separate porta-potty for children to use. The line for the bathrooms was difficult for little ones to hold it, and personally I had a tough time with the sanitation issue.

Charging $10 admission is crazy. Way too expensive. We only went for the lobster rolls at Cousins Maine Lobster and they were delicious... a long line, but worth the wait.

What people don’t understand is that this is not a town sponsored event and that the proceeds go to St Stephens —who by the way does a fantastic job organizing and sponsoring these 3 (sometimes 4) events each summer. The cost in my opinion is very fair and we have gone both years and were impressed and had a great time. Also, this year they added an additional night where all proceeds go to Mary’s Meals which provides meals to hungry children including those without school lunches. We went last night and it was wonderful! Many options for the food trucks without a long wait at any of them, myself, my husband and 2 kids were able to have what we wanted to eat and enjoyed the music! I got the wristband and cup for the craft beer. Chose pine island brewery and the IPA was great! We will be attending the next one and bringing our friends! Great way to spend my birthday yesterday! SO MUCH FUN!!! GREAT FOOD AND MUSIC!! Fun kids' activities. Plenty of affordable food and drink options (eg. $3 empanadas, $2 iced tea, 50 cent Honest Kids juice boxes, $3 Good Humor ice cream, etc. ) We got there just about 4:30 (July event) and had no issues with lines. I've been to several food truck festivals and I have to say this one really offers more for families making it a great night out for all ages. The trucks offer a wide array of food from adventurous to comfort. It's all about the lines: time to chat, meet new people, listen to music and enjoy the beautiful views from the field! Meanwhile young kids can play games and get their faces painted and teenagers can "socialize". Looking forward to the next one in August! More...

Good event but the lines were long. We waited 1 hour and 40 minutes online for just the cheesesteak truck and the lines looked just as long for other trucks as well. Would love to go again if more trucks with main food are added. These festivals would also be great to have in the Fall as well. More...

I expected lines for the food, my opinion is that it was a nice selection and will only get better. I know from experience (Grape Harvest Festival in Washingtonville), that so much hard work goes into the planning and execution of an event like this, they did a great job.
