I've been training with Scott for a couple of years now. He brings enthusiasm, commitment and variety to each of the sessions, keeping it interesting and challenging. Scott focuses on individual needs and goals, even in partner training sessions. Even on days when it's hard to get to the gym, knowing that he will be there with a great story, a funny joke, or a new game is the perfect motivation. It's amazing to know the progress that I've made, and I look forward to continuing on that path with Scott's guidance and expertise. More...

I have been working out with Scott Harris on and off for 3 years now and he is a stellar trainer!He took the time to get to know my strengths and weaknesses without pushing too far. Except that one time he found out I ate 2 filet o fish meals and made me work it off.It's because of him I've stayed in shape and lived an active life. He made tough mudder a breeze for me!I would highly recommend him if you're new to working out or if you've plateaued and need someone to guide you in the right direction. More...

Scott is amazing, friendly and flexible trainer! I've only been training with him for about 2+ year, but know him from another fitness studio and have taken some of his classes since then. When training with him, there have been plenty of times that I thought, "What am I getting myself into?" He always challenging you and pushes you to perform at your best. I also have personal training session with him .His sessions are ALWAYS different so you'll never get bored and he is very knowledgable in what he does- highly recommended! :) More...

Have been seeing this trainer for 2.5 years now. He understands my fitness goals and physical limitations, and is super helpful, encouraging and creative in helping me to meet them! ! It's awesome when you hit a milestone and there is someone who is almost more excited that you've met it than you are!!! Training with Scott has changed my life for the better. Making the decision to work with him was one of the best decisions of my life. Scott's passion for fitness and health, and his desire to make everyone who crosses his path a better person, mentally and physically, is what makes him such a good trainer.
