I stumbled across this place a little over a month ago and couldn't be more happy I did. I had some personal training sessions with Corey and he was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain things in terms I'd understand. I'm now one week into their weight loss challenge and already feeling better. This is the best small training facility and everyone here is family! More...
