I have used Wards over the last 4 years and have found them efficient, helpful, and thoroughly consistent throughout all departments. Most recently the lettings staff managed to let my property on the first viewing meaning I had a turnaround time of less than a week between tenancies. I would definitely recommend this agents. Worked with them for a while as a contractor, I have seen the staff work hard behind the scenes for there tenants and landlords. I have recommended their services to my customers whose properties I have project managed.

I have also seen the staff go out of their way to help tenants even on their days off. The staff always seem to be thinking ahead as to what's coming up, whose after what and offer endless advice to clients, potential clients/investors and people who have been having issues with other agencies.

I rented with Wards when i was a student. when we first moved into the property we had a few issues with maintenance and the property needed a clean, when we phoned in the office Caroline case out and was really nice, she looked at our issues and then arranged for them to be taken care of quickly, the cleaning was done on the same day and the other bits and pieces were sorted over the next few days. We built up a really good relationship with Caroline who looked after us really well throughout the tenancy. A well deserved five stars for the guys and his team. They made it easy for us to rent out our previous home without worrying about living a distance away from it. I spoke to a guy called Justin from Wards Property Services who was very knowledgeable and offered me great advice regarding a new kitchen I wanted installing. He advised me on the layout, ripped out the old, plastered fitted and decorated at less than I was looking at spending on just a kitchen!!! Plus the standard is better...
