I have trained for three months with Doychin's program and my results are really good - I have lost approx. 15 lbs but what is much more important is that my body and muscles feel really firm now and I feel in a very good shape! I have recently suffered a spinal surgery and I was having doubts if I will ever walk again; but after the good workout I even signed up for a half-marathon and finished within the time frame! (Though not within the first ones of course) I feel my body better than ever and I am very pleased with the way Doychin is building the workout schedule as well as the nutrition program; and in general with his positive attitude and help! I vote with the maximum stars!!! Keep up the good work!!! More...
