Excellent service all round. Tony gave a very competitive quote. Service on Move day was 2nd to none, the Removal men turned up on time, worked hard, fast and efficiently with a smile and a joke, very polite lads, with a bit a banter between them which lightened up quite a stressful time. Also worked well around me and my last minute bits packing, and were very patient, with a playful nature around my 3yr old, especially when he decided to sit on the stairs! Brilliant service all round. Stuart was quick and efficient when giving me a quote and price was very competitive. Michael arrived promptly to do all the packing the day before the move and the guys were on the doorstep when they promised they would be on the moving day. Michael and Brook worked so hard all day and were so kind to my little boy who has additional needs so can get a bit anxious and hyper when around new people. A good experience from start to finish - Stuart visited, provided a comprehensive and easy to understand quote, the booking and confirmation was easy and they were able to move me on my chosen date and time. The crew arrived on time, were professional and helpful and flexible enough to handle the small hiccups that always occur on moving day. They had been well briefed on the 2 properties and were prepared and had the right tools for furniture dismantling and to lower a large lounge suite out of a first-floor window. They took good care of my possessions, and in the one instance where an item was slightly damaged (a BBQ cover that was brittle with age), they immediately brought it to my attention. Wow, these guys were absolute stars on the day of our move. Waltons stepped in when another local company let us down at the last minute. I cannot thank them enough. They even managed to fit in another house in the chain. The guys arrived at approx 8:30am and literally didn't stop until we got the keys at about 3pm. Even when we'd received the keys they were straight back on emptying the lorries. These guys were recommended by a friend and they were amazing. Brilliant team and would definitely recommend. I would like to thank you for a move well done. I have moved back and forward to Sweden quite a few times in my life and this was the best executed move to date, everything was well packed and protected and all arrived in Scandinavia unhurt. The chaps were very helpful in getting all our stuff into the apartment. So I would have no reservation in warmly recommending Waltons to anyone who has to move. I couldn't recommend Walton enough. They turned up right on time and got to work immediately on clearing the house. Within 4 hours we were on our way to the new house where they got straight down to moving everything in.
