Several months ago Jerry and his team painted my cabinets. We selected a bright white and a bold navy blue for my island. I LOVE IT ! They did a fantastic job! They were extremely professional and friendly. I probably talked their ear off too much. It was so fun to come home every day from work and see the progress. I would use them again and again. We would highly recommend Wallscaper, if your refinishing your kitchen cabinets. After twenty years of use, our cabinets were looking worn and dated. They were well constructed (solid wood, dovetail joints, etc.), so replacing them with comparable new cabinets would have likely cost 5 figures. At 25%-30% of the cost of new, we decided refinishing them was the way to go. After several interviews/quotes, we went with Jerry and his team. Jerry did a great job of explaining their process and laying out our options. To avoid any issues with brush marks, we decided to have both the door/drawer fronts and cabinets sprayed. It cost a little more, but we definitely recommend this process. The final finish looks as good if not better than some factory finished cabinets. Jerry, Jay and Chris are easy to work with and very personable. The project was scheduled for five days and completed on time. When we decided to update our kitchen, we interviewed several companies that refinish cabinets. We got educated pretty quickly that you definitely want someone who knows what they are doing. Jerry and his team explained the process and gave a competitive quote. We chose them to do the work and we were not disappointed! Jerry and I were not supposed to do business together! I was looking for a wall painter as I was doing some remodeling at my home and the name of his company popped up on Houzz. When I contacted him, Jerry explained what his expertise was and, even though that was not what was on top of my priority list of things to remodel, I asked him to stop by to discuss what he could do with my kitchen cabinets. He happened to be in the neighborhood on a Sunday afternoon and stopped by. He quickly provided a quote, not only for the kitchen cabinets, but also for a large wine cabinet in the living room. I then asked him if he could replace the counter tops but came up with the idea of a cement finish to be applied on the existing counter tops. I had never seen the final rendering but decided to give him a Go. Jerry provided multiple samples of paint color for the cabinets and counter tops and was very accommodating when I was changing my mind overnight.Fast forward a few weeks later: Everything is completed and the result is stunning! Jerry and his son worked hard to stay in the 2-week lead time they gave me and were very easy going when they had to share the space with other trades doing different parts of the remodeling.PS: And here is how I became a good customer for Jerry. I had an old chest of drawers from my great grandmother that I brought with me from France. The marble counter top got lost in the move and I just had a piece of cloth to cover the bare wooden top. Jerry designed a custom counter top with a faux marble finish on it and you can't tell the difference with a real one. When I video-chat with my family in France and I show them the piece of furniture, they are all convinced that I retrofitted the missing piece with real marble... Great job, Jerry! More...

Wallscapers is extremely professional and Jerry Tobin is an artist!During bathroom remodel, I was looking for a minimal two color faux paint texture to compliment the tile work. Before contacting Wallscapers, two respectable painting contractors arrived only to tell me they couldn't do it. When Jerry arrived he had a portfolio containing hundreds of samples, most being more complex than what I was looking for. After picking (2) color combinations, he created (6) ~18" X 12" samples to choose from. In the end, the finished product looks exactly like the sample I selected, and exactly what I was looking for. They arrived on time each of the pre-scheduled dates, provided an accurate/unchanged estimate, and completed everything ahead of schedule. My husband and I have wanted to upgrade our kitchen for years but didn't feel know if the financial commitment would be worth it. ...if you go with Wallscapers, it's well worth it!! Jerry was great to work with, provided us with samples of his work and was incredibly detail oriented. He explained the process of cleaning, sanding, painting, and lacquering the cabinets and now our kitchen looks brand new and beautiful. After he finished our kitchen we decided to have Jerry restore and paint two antique pieces of furniture and paint a mirror and everything turned out absolutely gorgeous! Jerry totally transformed my 28 year old dining room set into a contemporary Asian beauty! The set included a large hutch, table with 2 large leaves, 6 chairs and two side boards. He picked up and delivered the furniture and completed the work ahead of schedule. All of my original fears were laid to rest when Jerry brought the furniture back looking like an entirely new set!
