What do you love most about your job?
what I most love about my job is making my customers happy, with as little disruption to them as possible.
I enjoy helping people and seeing them pleased (or relived depending on the job) once Iv finished
What inspired you to start your own business?
Iv previously worked for a lot of large company's (maintainece and installations) and I have always felt the priority was not on insuring the customer feels happy, relaxed and informed about the work in easy an easy to understand way ( not bambozzzled or frightened on a way by a lot of technical terms when there not needed or asked for)
I wanted to provide a service that's more about the customers feelings which ever situation it is, as I get most satisfaction from the customer being genuinely happy and satisfied with the service and work.
I also wanted to offer fairer and clearer pricing.

I care about my customers and making sure they are completely satisfied with all work carried out.
I also carry out a free inspection before any work is carried out to insure there will be no hidden prices
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I always carry hand sanitiser to ensue my hands are always sanitised. I also wear a mask, and I wipe down all surfaces I have worked on to ensure protection for my customers
