My dog poppy stayed here for 3 weeks. She is a difficult dog to look after as she has separation anxiety. She was very well looked after and I could see poppy genuinely loved Joan and her husband. Joan is just wonderful. My cocker spaniel is a one man dog and can be difficult for anyone else to look after him.
But, he loves having Joan to keep him company and I love that Joan posts piccies on facebook so that I can see he's ok.

Joan looked after my 2 shih tzus for 8 nights whilst we went on holiday. We missed them like mad before we left wasn't even thinking about sun, sea and sand! But from when we dropped them off we felt such at ease, they had a great time themselves and we could relax and have fun knowing they were in good hands. Joan and Manny kept it touch and put photos on facebook which was lovely to see what they were up to. Home from home and lots of love is the experience they will get at Walkies4U. Just returned from two weeks holiday having left our two year old dog 'Bert' with Joan.
We were worried about how he would be as we have never left him before and two weeks is a long time to a dog.
We need not have been concerned as Joan is a lovely lady and Bert was very well looked after in a homely environment rather than at a kennels.
We won't worry about leaving Bert when we next go away as long as Joan has room for him! More...

Thankyou Joan for taking excellent care of Pablo. We were very worried leaving him but you kept us updated with photos and reassurance. Pabs was a little unsettled one night midweek so Joan kindly let him sleep upstairs with her so that he settled. A real treat for him. A much happier, caring and homely option than kennels for Pabs . My dog Alfie has stayed with Joan and Mani quite a few times now, I was a bit worried at first as Alfie has got a few problems, but I needn't have worried it's like home from home and he was like one of their family. Highly recommended ! My little dog tippy stayed here for 3 nights while we stayed in llandudno. We stayed at a nearby hotel that didn't take dogs so we chose to leave him with Joan, so we could pick him up every morning and bring him back at night. He isn't the easiest dog and doent take to strangers but he was very happy to go back in the evening and we were happy knowing he was well cared for by people who love animals with lots of cuddles and not pining and sad in a kennel.
