I've been working out with Ian for the past year and I thoroughly enjoy the workouts. There not always easy but when you walk out or crawl, depending on how pressing the workout was, I always feel accomplished and better about myself.

I can't say enough nice things about trainer Ian Salinas. He was knowledgeable and incredibly patient while showing me how use the equipment at Healthplex. Gym equipment can be intimidating and for the most part I have avoided using it since I would probably be doing it wrong anyway. Who knew there were so many adjustments to be made for each machine to make it just right for each person? Ian laid out beneficial exercises for me and carefully showed me how to do them properly to avoid any injuries. I left the gym feeling confident, motivated and ready to commit to a routine.
