Julia is a skilled, thoughtful and observant mental health professional. She effectively combines therapy with endorphin inducing walks that have been helpful in working through some of my life's challenging issues. Julia not only is well educated in modern therapy techniques, but she is a kind and decent human being. I actually enjoy spending time with her. There are many therapy styles and methods, so to each his/her own. However, for anyone looking for someone to talk to, I highly recommend Julia. It's not easy work, but made easier with someone you can trust. We are lucky to have her in our local community. Pros:- straight talk- effective for those who are serious about doing the work- great for combining therapy with a bit of exercise- smart, astute listenerCons:- very few insurance companies cover, but worth every penny- wish I didn't need therapy, but I do More...

Julia is a compassionate listener and therapist. I would absolutely recommend! As a local to the area she knows the best places for quiet walks. She has worked as a therapist in the past with schools, groups, and at larger facilities. If you're just looking to help find "space" in your life and mind, or if you're trying to make change in your life and need someone to listen - seeing Julia would be an excellent start. More...

Julia is amazing , skilled , and compassionate. I never thought I'd ever be able to find a therapist that's truly empathetic and could help me  break free from this desolate place in my mind little by little in a comfortable and private space . I've never been able to talk about myself and my struggles with anyone in this world .  I am truly blessed and thankful that I found her . More...
