Went in for a strength/mobility assessment and fascial stretch with Dan - really enjoyed both! Nice to know what strength base to build on and what needs stretching. Highly recommend :)

I had an assessment and FST done with Dan and I would say he really knows what he is doing, felt so good after FST, ( I admit, I am one of those people who just don't really stretch after a work out ) Highly recommend..
