Had a ‘Wonderful Wednesday’ with Andy on the Four Waterfalls Walk. I’m not an experienced walker but found myself in some of the stunning places I normally only see in photographs of more adventurous souls. Andy is simply an amazing person! He’s an excellent guide, delivering amazing outdoor activities in Wales. Being new to Wales, joining Andy’s tours has been for me a great opportunity to get to know Wales. The 8 waterfalls walk is wonderfully led by Andy whose expertise perfectly matches with the beauty of the place. I had the chance to join the overnight camping on the Gower organised by Andy on a weekend. Andy made all the participants feeling very comfortable, and was very supportive for any needs. The Gower exploration walk has just been another outstanding experience led by Andy. The way he organises this tour makes more pleasant the whole experience. Fantastic Day, started off wet but couldn't have been better, Andy is lovely, knowledgeable and supportive of the group, the group was full of lovely people, special shout out to 'christmas' Carol, she did so well � and to the lovely Judith, who unfortunately had to leave the walk early, hope shes ok xx we bought our 2 dogs who can be quite vocal at times, apologies all, but they made friends with a beautiful spritely little thing called Truffles who was part of the group, and were quite entertaining when we took breaks! Andy was right, 10 miles feels like 15 and Sunday morning, it felt like I'd run the 15!!! �� Brilliant day though, me and hubby thank you Andy and Huw for keeping us safe...ish �� More...

Had a fantastic day Gorge Walking with Andy and my son. We were led into each 'challenge' with clear concise direction, and felt totally safe in his hands the entire day.
As a Father & Son day out we helped each other out and I had to match him jump for jump!! ( though day compriswd of walking, traversing, climbing, leaping,wading & swimming too !)
The day wasnt rushed and I thoroughly recommend the activity and Wales Outdoors if you want to experience the area and all it has to offer...plus a decent adrenaline rush !

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I work through a detailed profile of lifestyle and then encourage tweaks and changes that can easily be incorporated into their usual routines. I run regular low cost walks and adventure activities in Wales as well as trips abroad to places such as Tenerife and Iceland. All are active but doable by most. For those already keen outdoor enthusiasts I can up skill so improve technique and offer dietary and kit advice. I am also a massage therapist which can help get someone started or to work on an injury.

The outdoor activity industry is typically small one person business' so it was the only way for me to make my way.
