Booked an appointment and was told I would receive a confirmation text, this never happened so I tried to call on several occasions without being able to reach anyone I also emailed without response.
After the date of the actual appointment I received a very what I can only Describe as rude and short email demanding £30 otherwise the rest of my treatment would be void!
I emailed back and to my surprise I got a response within minutes telling me how it’s not there problem by a person named Emma.
I managed to get through to the reception desk and Emma argued and laughed at me constantly being as unhelpful as possible I have genuinely never known anything like it ever!
Honestly would never wish anyone to lose there job but this girl was truly horrendous
And this has reflected on the business as nobody else would speak to me.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming :) Emma was especially helpful, she guided me through the sign in process, made sure I was happy with the service provided and recommended other services. Dr Namisha and her assistant did an exceptional job! I was really impressed by their team work and how they kept me comfortable during the whole consultation. The scale and polish was exactly what I needed and I was glad in the end, due to the level of attention and thoroughness Namisha provided, she also recommended a special brush to help prevent my gum diesease from developing.
