David came and repaired our desk top and lap top and cleared all the rubbish/problems.
He advised us in some things we needed.
He spoke language we understood instead of bamboozling us with gooblegook.

Well where do I start with this guy needs more then 5 stars after using other people to look at my laptop this guy knows is knowledge brilliant job more then happy I recommend big style very cheap compared to other company's out there will be pushing to my family and friends cheers

Incredible commitment towards fixing a very peculiar issue that I had with my PC. After countless visits by Dave he solved a problem I was having with my PC auto restarting and freezing. Checked every last possible problem with my hardware and concluded the issue was down to a faulty wireless card. I can't recall how many times Dave went out of his way to come over and help me with my PC and I highly doubt any other repair service could provide the same level of satisfaction and quality of commitment and service. Two of my laptops were running slower and slower and I was having issues starting them up as they were just locking up before I even got into Windows. I called David this morning and he managed to come to my house this evening to look at both of the laptops. Very professional and reliable, with a vast wealth of knowledge. Very friendly and don't talk to you like your an idiot if have no experience with IT or computers in general even if the problem is simple to solve, explains everything well without the jargon so even the novice user will be able to understand.
