Just completed a four session training course with Laura, Ben and their (lovely props). Have to say it has been fantastic and helped me and my Ben in a really positive way. To any dog owner, I would say it's never too late too learn and Laura is a very competent and confident teacher. We cannot recommend Laura and Ben highly enough. We left Lenny our French bulldog with them for a weeks intensive training. The change in him is unbelievable. We are so pleased with him and the progress he's made with the help of them. The puppy training classes were brilliant, we learnt so much and it was great for Marmite to socialise with all the other pups. Can’t thank Laura enough for looking after my springer Millie. First time she’s stayed with them & won’t be the last. I had pictures & videos sent over whilst I was away & Millie was enjoying herself playing with the other dogs. The set up is great & their own dogs are lovely. I can highly recommend wagsnwoofs for Doggy day care. Lottie goes twice a week and absolutely loves it, she can't wait to get in the door and when I go to pick her up looks completely relaxed and at home with the other dogs. We got Rocky from a rescue centre back in February. We were told he was good with other dogs but when out with him he became quite aggressive towards them which made us very nervous about letting him off the lead. My husband & Rocky had some one on one sessions with Laura and the progress was quickly visible. When going on holiday Laura then had Rocky for the week doing training with him everyday..... well.... I thought she had replaced our dog whilst we were away as the dog that came back to us was a completely different dog. So much that Rocky now is walked every day at the country park - off the lead.... he approaches other dogs... but to play and when being on the receiving end of another dogs aggression he literally looks at them as if to say 'whatever'... this would never have happened without Laura and for this I am very grateful. We recently went away again and Rocky stayed but this time on a board basis.... it was obvious from the photos that Laura sent us that Rocky was having just a good as holiday as we were..... will never use anyone else now.... review is out of 5 but I give 10 ��� More...

We needed someone to help with out very boisterous spaniel puppy when we are at work and Laura has been amazing. Ollie is with Laura twice a week and is being very well looked after and socialised with her other dogs - he is officially part of the pack and is a happy, tired pupper when we pick him up! We used Wags n Woofs for the first time recently when we left Duke, our Border Terrier and Indi, our Chocolate Labrador for a week. Laura seemed very well organised with 3 dogs of her own and immediately put us and our dogs at ease when we met for the first time. We used Wags and Woofs for the first time this weekend and would highly recommend to any of my dog owner friends.

We popped around for a pre stay meet and greet and instantly felt at ease. Everything is set up perfect for the dogs.

Although dogs cant talk and Kym couldnt tell us about her weekend I could genuinely tell that she had a great time. The pictures that Laura sent of their walks and fact she was following her round like a shadow proved to me that she really did feel at ease and at home there.

We’ve used Wags and Woofs for a few of their services now. Stark has been groomed, had a sleep over and even had a photo shoot! Laura is amazing with him and made me feel completely at ease leaving him with her for a night. She’s a very talented lady with a camera too and has taken some wonderful pictures of him for a winter shoot. She knew exactly what she was doing with the grooming of a springer which is something I’ve struggled with with others. She’s so caring and genuinely loves dogs. You can see this when we dropped him off and during the shoot. I would 100% recommend wags and woofs and know they offer a great range of services. I have just collected my somewhat insubordinate, big, lazy and opinionated greyhound from Laura after a weeks stay.

Like most owners, my dog is my world and as she only came from a rescue in Feb I was really worried about her boarding away so soon.

I can categorically confirm she loved it, and has come back full of beans. From professional introductions to other dogs, considered and safe sleeping arrangements, to photos and updates, I have been very impressed.

I’d recommend WagsnWoofs to anyone in a heartbeat. More...

So we moved to Melbourne, Australia almost 4 months ago however our Staffie cross collie dog (Zebadee) was not allowed to fly for another 3 months after us. This left us in a difficult position as nobody in the family could have him and kennels are not suitable for longterm boarding.

Zebadee wasn't the most well behaved dog in the world. More like a spoilt child with a few behavioural issues with smaller submissive dogs. He sat on sofas (and destroyed one in the past) chews kiddie toys. That sort of thing!

A friend who had a rescue (also with a few behavioural issues) recommended Laura and Ben and from the moment myself and Zebadee visited them, we knew it would be the right place.

Laura regularly sent updates of how Zebadee was doing. She create trained him so a) the journey would be easier for him and b) we could give him a secure start in a new home with new boundaries. She took him to the vets and helped manage the process of ensuring he had all the right jabs as needed to fly here taking a lot of stress and worry away. It was clear to see from the updates that zeb was happy, safe and cared for. He really enjoyed his stay with Laura and Ben. So much so we were worried he wouldn't be happy to see us.

Today we collected Zebadee!!! Once we got zeb home he ran around like a crazy dog and much to our relief, he was really happy to see us. But once the euphoria of seeing me, Tess and our 2 year old daughter Jaime wore off. He went to his new create and had some quiet time. He hasnt jumped on any sofas and after a trip to the park today, he has socialised with tonnes of dogs and I must say is a different dog (in all the good ways) to the one we left in the UK.

From myself, Tess, Jaime and most of all Zebadee... Thank You so much for the training, care and importantly the love you have shown Zeb. Its been so reassuring knowing hes been looked after and we would recommend anyone for training and boarding. Good luck with the baby and wedding!!!
