Vulcan did an emergency repair on our beach house.
We received a call from our tenants on Friday evening and they said the door was not going up. We called around with no success and finally got Vulcan to agree to come out Saturday morning.

Turns out we were running the door with a broken spring and it burned out the Liftmaster motor. The service tech had both motors and springs to fix the door in no time. Also recommended a key pad as the garage is used as an entrance when coming off the beach so we just put in a code to gain access. Altogether a good experience
