I had a walk-deck repaired/redone by RENCO. First of all, there aren't that many companies who do walk-deck repairs. Second, if they don't use the proper process (I recommend the Pli-Dek system), then you'll be having it redone in fairly short order. From the 3 bids I received they were in the middle. Renco was not the cheapest or the highest, but their solution to our new roof needs made the most sense. They showed up on time, excellent prior notice of weather delay. When they came in the supervisor gave me a full description of the issues and the crew updated us over the two days they were here. They welcomed us up on the roof to inspect and ask questions. Had Renco come out and replace my foam roof. It had 3 layers they had to remove. One being gravel. Have to admit, I came home from work to a total mess! ! But the crew did their best to clean up. Them the project manager, Adam came back and did the repairs. All in all, I'm pleased with the results. I received bids from multiple roofing companies to replace a foam roof on a commercial building. I chose Renco for their expertise and warranty. They explained the job in better detail to me than other companies and brought up some concerns that other companies did not notice. They were not the most, nor the least expensive company but they included extra work in their price compared to others. They worked with our AC company to coordinate removal of rooftop units prior to the roof work and left the job site looking good. I would definitely recommend Renco. One last thing, the installer noticed that the bid included some vent that was not necessary for our roof and told us that it was not needed, saving us over 500.00, he could have easily forgotten that detail and made more, I appreciated the honesty! Needed a leak detective to help figure out a leaking window. First place I contacted automatically went to fixing the roof (thousands of dollars). Brandon from Renco came out and deduced that a woodpecker had pecked a hole in the pop out above the window and that was where the rain was going. He filled the hole and that was that. Our experience with RENCO Roofing was stellar! Brett Raisanen performed a thorough inspection of our roof and provided a detailed cost estimate. The roof was 22 years old, so it was time to replace. The crew that did the work arrived on time, very efficient and professional, cleaned up and hauled away the debris and completed the whole job in just a day and a half! Wow! We needed a Roofing contractor after a heavy rain caused a water stain in a closet in the home.  We didn't know how serious an issue we were facing, but we chose RENCO Roofing based upon the positive reviews online.  We are so glad that we chose them.  Jari is the person who came to the home to review the situation.  From the first interaction, he gave us a positive experience.  He called prior to the visit, he was on time, he was professional and friendly.  He was very clean and neat both in appearance and in the care he took when entering and working in the home.  He explained things and even gave me the choice of stepping up the ladder to see the damage from the crawl space or the choice to see a picture.  We don't know anything about this business and he could have taken advantage of that, but he explained that this was a very minor issue that could easily be taken care of with some repairs where an electrical conduit enters the home on the roof.  When Jari was finished with his inspection and review, I told him that my husband was a few minutes away and would be back soon.  Jari waited for my husband to arrive so that any questions he had could be answered.  I was very impressed that he waited for my husband even though the repair would be done by an electrician and not by his crew.  This time around, we were lucky that it was a minor issue.  When the time comes that we need any work done on the roof, we will be sure to call RENCO Roofing and ask for Jari.  His honesty, integrity and service were outstanding!
