We have an 18th century cottage with a north facing back wall. We decided to have the back wall repointed and the concrete render fixed and decorated with a weatherproof paint. We liked Vlad as soon as we met him, he spent plenty of time talking through the proposed work with us.

As soon as we agreed to him doing the work, everything moved very quickly. The scaffold arrived the next day and Vlad and his collegue got started with the work. We set up a Whatsapp chat, particularly useful as he was doing our neighbours property at the same time. He let us know how long he thought it would take for each section of the work and every day he sent us photos of what he had done.

We couldn’t be happier with the work and the communication was excellent. The work was done within time and the scaffold removed quickly, along with all trace of rubbish. The cottage looks the best it’s ever looked More...

Garden Building Fit-out
Vlad's team carried out the majority of the builders work to complete the fit-out of our Garden Building.

He carried out Insulation + dry lining, plastering, bathroom tanking, wall linings and sanitaryware fitting and some sundry carpentry/linings. Vlad listened carefully the brief, bringing his experience to bear by offering good suggestions to improve details. Benefits of working with Vlad

Vlad also demolished 2 x single storey structures with precast concrete roof in preparation for our house renovation project
