BIG shout out to Volpe Consulting & Accounting Services for helping me get my corporate tax return filed on time. I only contacted Apple on Labor Day via Linkdin and they came through for us after our "EX" accountant let us down. All communication was fast and efficient via email which is handy since we are in Florida! We reviewed 12+ bids for our Accounting/Bookkeeping provider. Volpe Consulting, Apple, Robert & Sydney gave us their time to better understand what we wanted. After our initial meeting at their place, they came to our place with additional questions. We were very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. What tipped the scales their way was their willingness to accommodate our particular needs. When they were not sure about something they told us they would get back to us with an answer, and they did. They worked with us to get our Board up to speed with their procedures and deliver our financial statements faster than we have ever had them before. Sydney handles our month to month activities. As a new Brain Balance Franchisee, we chose Volpe Consulting & Accounting Services from many options available to set up our GL and provide total turn-key accounting, bookkeeping and payroll services to our new business. If you own a small business and you're struggling to find a excellent value in your accounting support, Volpe Consulting is the place to go. We started our small business four years ago and we've been through five accounting firms/CPAs. They all failed miserably to translate our operation into an accurate accounting system. Bob, Apple, and their Team were the first to listen to our process/operation and adapt the system to match. They go our of their way to make sure the system is accurate and that our Team is fully trained to operate in the system.
