Just recently had Nick cater my wedding and it was fantastic. The food was delicious, guests are still raving about how good everything was. The servers were so sweet and all top notch when it came to service. Nick is amazing, so accommodating and responsive. The tables were all set up beautifully, the bar was great. Fantastic is the best word to describe Nick, owner of Voila Caterers! Very classy, professional and reasonably priced. We used Voila for liquor only because our original caterer did not have the right requirements for serving liquor. We had a Bar Mitzvah in the party lounge of our residential building. Little did we know all the strict rules for serving hard alcohol in addition to wine & beer. A specific permit is required by NYS Liquor Authority & our building gave us all the wrong info. Nick came to my rescue, knowing all the correct info & obtaining the license. Little did we know our building also signed something incorrectly & Nick was right on top of it & made sure they did it right the 2nd time & personally followed up with NYS liquor authority to make sure the permit was mailed in enough time so we would receive it prior to party date. He came through on the specific brands we wanted of liquor (ex: patron silver) & wine (ex:Oyster bay) and even agreed to make a signature cocktail from a recipe I obtained from another caterer! Delicious! His staff was courteous & professional. No one complained of waiting too long. Nick met with me prior to the event to check out the space. YOU MUST USE VOILA CATERERS! Had a great experience working with Nick and Lorenzo at Voila Caterers.
I was hosting a buffet dinner for 25 people and everything worked out perfectly.
The food arrived on time, was nicely displayed and was very tasty. They offer an extensive menu for all occasions and I look forward to using them many times in the future!

The staff are very professional and have always done a great job of making sure the event runs smoothly. I work for CU Global Centers that includes eight overseas Centers (Africa, Brazil, China, Chile, India, Jordan, France and Tunis). This is the third time within 1.5 year period I had the pleasure of working with Nick and his amazing team. Nick was able to accommodate us with a "Global" theme (150-200 guests) that include a delicious array of specialty food, wines etc., catered to each region. The professionalism of each team member (Lorenzo, Rebecca and Victor) have made every event thus far so much smoother and amazingly perfect!!! Working for a relatively small nonprofit, I am always conscious of both budget and quality and Nick and his team without fail rise to the occasion every time we work with them. They have flawlessly executed a small lunch for 30 up to a luncheon for nearly 400. Moreover, they are willing to accommodate dietary restrictions, crazy scheduling, and the budget of a nonprofit organization. Victor and another wonderful guy, who was so funny and considerate and anticipated my family's needs perfectly (so sorry I can't recall his name) did a fantastic job today at my Grandfather's memorial service at Riverside Church. The woman who accompanied them was also very sweet and kind.
