Mac King was an incredibly fun show. I saw him on the Penn and Teller tv show "Fool Me". Penn introduced Mac King to the audience as the world greatest comedy magician. As if that wasn't enough, after he did his trick on their show,(that they couldn't figure out) they mentioned how happy they were that he didn't just do his rope trick, which was what they considered unsolvable. I recently returned from a family trip in Vegas for Thanksgiving.....the Mac King magic show was definitely one of the highlights of the holiday vacation! !! Our group consisted of myself, wife and two kids (aged 9 and 6), my sister and her three kids (aged 12, 10, and 6), my brother, and parents. We were looking for shows to watch to keep the kids entertained during the day. My mother booked these tickets a month ago so we followed suit and all got the VIP tickets to the show. I had no idea what this show was about or even existed and we try to goto Vegas a few times a year. I did a quick google search and the title of the first review I saw said "Don't think, Just go". So I stopped searching for reviews and anticipated the show with an open mind.My sister and I both bought VIP tickets to the show which put us in a nice big booth center right of the stage. My brother and parents didn't get VIP tickets and were sitting at a small table in the back near the entrance with another family. I kindly asked the usher, Michael, if I could switch seats with my parents since they wouldn't be able to see or hear the show from the rear, but Michael insisted the booth will easily fit everyone and allowed them to upgrade to the VIP seating! I'm not gonna go into any details on the tricks, but Mac kept everyone fully engaged with his tricks and comedy! I found myself bustin out loud laughing while some of the jokes went right over the kids' heads (as they should have)! Great audience interaction and entertaining from beginning to end!At the end of the show (3:00 start), Mac genuinely thanked us for our time and promoted his book and kid's magic set they were selling upon exiting. Of course we wanted to support, so we bought them all and even had the chance for the kids to take a picture with him. My son and daughter love the magic kit and entertaining us with the tricks inside the box.I know a lot of families go to Vegas with small children and are tired of doing the same Shark Reef or M&M store visits. We had a great time! Noone could believe or figure out his fantastic tricks. Yes, it's Vegas and the jokes had some dirty innuendos that will completely go over the kids' heads (mine are 8 and 10), and leave the adults laughing. The Mac King Comedy Show was Great! What I didn't like was the weak overpriced alcohol beverages and the African American rude Bartender, even if I wanted another drink I wouldn't have purchased one because of his nasty attitude.

This comedy show is pretty good. About 1 1/2 hours long. You get your moneys worth. There's audience interaction and participation. Mac King tells jokes and does a good number of magic tricks. My favorite was the bunny one and disappearing to the back of the room. Really amazing he does two shows a day, five days a week for 20-30 years! Incredible! I really like that it's a daytime show so you are not so tired. There are not many daytime shows, so this is great! People bring their kids to the show as well. Reasonable ticket prices. More...
