VMS is a dynamic program that focuses on functional movement as well as physical and mental wellbeing. Our number one goal is injury prevention! Participants will learn the essentials of warm-up, strength, conditioning and agility drill techniques that can be used all year round to prevent injury. Be prepared to give maximum effort and you will find improvements in core strength, flexibility, balance & body awareness, agility, speed of movement & overall strength.
