Being a former collegiate and professional Football player with two Super Bowl Championships, I have been exposed to years of fitness and conditioning that is outside of daily life functionality. I long for complete success and accountability! I love providing a program for anyone who is willing to show up and dedicate their time to improve their physical fitness and trust the process, while building a team of comradery.

Accountability is the greatest inspiration behind the creation of VMS. Being part of the NFL, you are accountable for your actions and individual success. You are only as good as your last play! Upon my retirement from football, I decided that my drive was continuing to strive for accountability by helping others take action for their health and wellbeing. Our accountability is your success!
