As someone who does not like working out, Vive fitness has changed my mindset quite quickly. Working out with my trainer, Kal, is not only fun but also challenging and incredibly rewarding - I've seen results in less than a month. The community make the gym for me.. Great people.. Everyone is friendly and not uptight... I moved into the area a few years ago, and I didn't realize what a gem of a place these guys had. The process getting signed up, seeing a trainer and attending wicked classes was super easy, and I absolutely love it! The members are very friendly, and the staff are so helpful whenever I ask them questions. They're undergoing a bit of a renovation as well, so it's a bit chaotic at the moment, but from what i've heard, it's going to be pretty cool. The personal trainers Frank and Chuck are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I attended this gym for a couple of years before I had to move out of the area and its probably the best gym I've been to by far. I have been a member of this gym for 10 years and am really appreciative of how easy and accessible the facilities and classes are. The instructors take a lot of care in the preparation of their classes and are genuinely interested in helping people achieve their fitness goals. The gym is also super clean and has a variety of equipment if you don't feel like taking a class. The membership also allows you to take classes at other locations which is also helpful. Great gym! The studio area is very spacious considering the equipment that's in there (ropes, heavy bags, monkey bars). For a gym this size they've picked the right equipment needed to do a complete workout and it's 24/7!

Only criticism right now are the monkey bars are for giant humans! If you are shorter you'll need to find a step or two to get about and monkey around! More...

I used to belong to GoodLife and still think that gym was fine, but the quality of the gym and classes at Vive are fantastic. Me and my partner joined Vive in early February and have gone a couple times a week since then, I cannot say enough good things about the gym. This is the best gym I have ever attended.They have a fantastic variety of group classes all free,included in the membership,which is incredible

The Free Wi fi is perfect,no weak spots ,as in other gyms.
