When you are hypnotized by Victor Tsan, MD you feel that your life is changing. With each his word, each his instruction, each his command you become more and more relaxed and eventually you feel that the symptoms that forced you to get the hypnotherapy treatment gone. My friends asked me if I slept during the sessions. I don’t know how to answer… I heard each word and each command, but I didn’t hear anything else. I am pleasantly surprise with Philadelphia Holistic Center. I made an appointment for full evaluation ($200), which lasted for 1.
5 hours. Very interesting diagnostic method and totally different approach of how you get treated. They fully evaluate you to discover the root of the problem, not just treating its cause. In my case, it’s very helpful, as I unsuccessfully underwent all possible traditional treatments without any success.
The only problem, you have to pay out of pocket, but if you can afford, it worth every penny.

I’m suffering from allergic reaction to almost any kind of food and medicines. My dentist scheduled me for extraction of my molar tooth with three roots, but he wasn’t sure how to use anesthetics due to my allergy. I Dr. Tsan on Google. I had hypnosis in another office in the center city of Philly. The “hypnotist” asked me to sit down on the coach, he set in front of me and discussed with me my problem. The discussion been interrupted every minute or two by a noise from the street. I thought that I didn’t get a good hypnotist and set up an appointment at the Philadelphia Hypnotherapy Clinic. What a surprise… Special room for hypnosis with relaxing music, some videos and aroma therapy… 5 minutes later I was in trance. I heard everything Dr. Tsan told me, but nothing else. Bell’s Palsy brought me to the Philadelphia Acupuncture Clinic. After 3 month of traditional treatment with antibiotics and steroids and with zero result I found that acupuncture is effective for this disease. I went to local acupuncturist, Chinese doctor in Newtown, PA, but after 7 sessions my face was as asymmetric as before treatment. I ran out of choices but probably God was watching me. Next day in a supermarket this young woman approached me and said: “I see you have Bell’s Palsy. I am working at Philadelphia Holistic Clinic and if anyone can help you, it is my boss doctor Tsan.” Next day I say this doctor and he performed an acupuncture session, which was completely different from what I had in Newtown. First of all, doctor Tsan inserted needles on both sides, opposite to the acupuncturist from suburbs who needled only the affected area. Read mixed reviews about acupuncture for lower back pain but can say from my own experience that it REALLY helps with sharp pain. I couldn’t move, turned, walked. You can read a lot or bad articles about homeopathy in press nowadays. I think that all these bullets against homeopathy come from pharmaceutical companies while they realize that more and more people want to be treated naturally and don’t want to have side effects from pharmaceutical drugs. What inspired you to start your own business?
Victor Tsan, CHP is the founder of Viva Healthy Life in Philadelphia. Victor Tsan began his medical career when he graduated with honors from State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Chisinau, Moldova, USSR in the spring of 1976. After this initial success, Victor Tsan pursued his first internship in Psychotherapy at 1st Moscow State College of Medicine Moscow, USSR 1978. Having completed his internship in Moscow, Victor Tsan then took on a fellowship in Homeopathy at the Kyiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, in Kyiv, Ukraine, USSR in 1980. Several years later Dr. Victor Tsan was a successful practitioner, and yet he decided to pursue further education to treat his patients better.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is one of the most ancient and advanced techniques in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). An entirely new healing approach, which has been spreading in Europe over the last 100 years, has begun to spread in the US over the last few decades. For many years, Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners utilized the approach that the human body is a part of the galaxy and uses cosmic energy.
Homeopathy
As a herbalist, my colleague and partner Olga Selcova MD saw dozens, if not hundreds, of clients who came to her asking for advice about homeopathic medicine. They are usually shocked when she tells them that she is not a homeopath and that she has limited knowledge in this subject. She always recommends that the patients see me for a qualified answer. The difference between herbal remedies and homeopathy is that herbal medicine only uses plants whereas homeopathy uses plants and animals, such as the cuttlefish, Viper or honey bee and minerals such as calcium carbonate, charcoal or graphite. In herbal medicine, tinctures are made by infusing herbs either fresh or dried, in water. This process also called dilution helps to extract the ingredients’ beneficial properties so they remain in the crystal frame of water. Depending on the degree of dilution this process takes from several weeks to several months.
Clinical Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy, during which a patient is put in a trance. While in this state, the patient is highly susceptible to suggestion. While the patient is in a trance the hypnotherapist is able to create a subconscious change in the patient.
This alteration can bring positive transformations in the patient attitude, thoughts, behaviors or feelings. Hypnotherapy is not an esoteric procedure. In fact, there is hardly anyone who has not gone through a hypnotic trance each day. This trance is very similar to the short period of time between being awake and being asleep. The main purpose of Clinical Hypnosis is to encourage a patient towards stability with the application of methods that have proven to be beneficial over the years. When a patient is under the effect of Hypnosis, the hypnotherapist gets an opportunity to reach inside the subconscious mind and insert a few positive ideas in order to correct a disorder related to the psyche.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping Therapy Philadelphia is the modification of the well-known dry cupping treatment, which became tremendously popular after 31st Olympic Games in Rio. Cupping Therapy Philadelphia technique invented by Philadelphian physician Dr. Tsan – Medical Director of the famous in this city holistic center Viva Healthy Life. The main difference between traditional cupping therapy and Cupping Therapy in Philadelphia is the traditional cups placed all over the back of the patient while Dr. Tsan places them on specific acupuncture points located along the thoracic spine. These points are known in Traditional Chinese Medicine as Shu points and each Shu linked to one of 12 major internal organs (heart, lungs, large intestine, small intestine, gallbladder, liver, etc.). How Does Cupping Therapy Philadelphia work? What does it treat?
Cupping Therapy is an authentic Chinese treatment to fight against internal liquids stagnation. A vacuum achieved using glass or plastic jars on the patients’ skin using either a suction device or open fire. Hijama

The initially archived records of its practice were discovered in the nineteenth century; the “Ebers Papyrus” began from Egypt.
Initially, Cupping included putting a buffalo horn on the skin and making a vacuum by orally sucking the air off the horn. This method brings sick, contaminated and lethal blood to the surface of the skin. Over the long run, different instruments were utilized, for example, bamboo glasses and glass containers.
