I order Viva to cater lunch meetings at work. The food is consistently delicious. My favorites are the Farro salad, breaded pumpkin, chicken/mozzarella/balsamic, broccoli with Parmesan, and the grilled polenta. Yum!

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We work with our clients to provide a robust accommodating menu all while respecting our clients budget and other specific needs. We pride ourselves on being flexible and available. Based on your direction Chef George and Ashley will listen and respond promptly creating an experience that will not only impress your guests and colleagues but will also make the ordering processes as easy and enjoyable as possible. What inspired you to start your own business?
At Viva we have over 15 years in the business. In the past years we started seeing a shift toward focus on fresh, healthy and local products. We believe that catering and delivery services should offer exactly this. Offering delicious food, beautiful food is key to supporting your sales meetings, employee relations/ productivity, Social gatherings and all other reasons for getting together. "Viva"- Food is Life!
