I had the pleasure of having an event at Wildflower Estates and taking advantage of the catering offered by Vittles. From the planning of the menu to the execution of layout, everything was seamlessly orchestrated. Never could I have imagined the experience it would be. The food was AMAZING!!!! Vittles catered our November wedding. When I think Vittles I instantly think food truck, but they are so much more! Vittles created the perfect dinner, and appetizers for our wedding. Our guests are still talking about the amazing food a month later. We gave Vittles an idea of what we wanted and they made our vision happen. Huge thank you to Vittles Catering & Food Truck for catering my wedding while also handling the National Folk Festival. I was impressed! They were so easy to work with, personable, professional, and executed everything perfectly. I walked up to the food line and realized the filet mignon was not sliced and was worried because I chose to use heavy plastic cutlery. I quickly realized that I had no reason to worry because their filet mignon was like cutting into butter! Don’t even get me started on their famous Mahi Tacos! Those were a huge crowd pleaser. Everyone is still talking about how good the food was at our wedding. I wish I had pictures to share of the food, but I was too excited to eat that I didn’t think about it. Thank you so very much! Vittles was extremely helpful and accommodating when planning my wedding! Being an out of state bride who was having a same sex, non traditional wedding, we needed to find a catering company on the shore who was not only willing to work with us but understood our budget and unique circumstances. We needed a company that we could trust to make the food our guests would enjoy without us ever being able to try the menu in advance. The first time we ever tried Vittles' food was at the actual wedding and we were so happy we chose them as our vendor! Josh was so easy to communicate with in the months leading up to the wedding.. We hired Vittles as a late night snack for our daughter’s wedding in June 2017. It was a huge hit for both us and our guests! Josh, Kirstin and Jeremy were so much fun to work with, both during tastings as well as throughout the wedding day. In fact, we enjoyed our experience so much that we hired Vittles a few months later for another daughter’s graduation party. 48 guests... an outside venue... Love was in the air at my parents’ 50th Wedding Anniversary party! The day was complimented by Vittles catering. Cannot say enough fantastic things about the excellent service, ease of this catering company to work with, and the quality of the food. With only 2 weeks notice, these guys pulled together a lavish, delicious spread that our guests are still raving about. Every from the appetizers, to the entree selections, to the side dishes was outstanding. Vittles catered an event for me and we ordered the filet with asparagus and roasted potatoes and it was fabulous. I was nervous because it was in chafing dishes for 2 hours before serving but the filet was still tender and cooked to medium as requested. The flavor was great and the merlot reduction sauce was wonderful. The potatoes and asparagus were also great. I would highly recommend Vittles. They are very professional and easy to work with. Just got the Mahi tacos (minus the spicy mayo because I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to spicy food) and some fries. DELISH! Only issue is my stomach isn't large enough to accept all of this goodness so I gave the second taco to my coworker who was just as excited! The fries, a THOUSAND TIMES, YES!! I had to make myself stop eating them until I got back to my office. I think if I had spilled them in the car, I would've eaten them, dirt, leaves and all. :) More...

Vittles catered a Christmas luncheon for our construction company and everyone was happy. The jerk chicken and mac and cheese were the highlights of the meal and the pulled pork and potatoes were also excellent. My only regret... WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG I've heard nothing but positive things about Vittles. For some reason, I decided to wait until they came to my town. Never again! I couldn't decide on just one item, so I chose two. Best decision that I could have made. Mahi Tacos tasted like they were fresh from the ocean, and the Al Pacino was simply mouth-watering.
