We had a problem with our electric shower. No plumbers were calling us back on our enquiry. Vito Energy have installed and serviced our boiler for years.
In a bit of desperation I contacted Vito Energy and enquired if they could help. Mel in the office has been simply fabulous from saying they would, yo arranging one of their engineer's to survey and install.
Liam attended this morning and was very efficient, tidy and an absolute joy to have in the home. Great chap.

I would highly recommend VitoEnergy. I called them to help me get my new underfloor heating system working last Autumn when I couldn't get hold of the heating engineer who had installed it in May. Patrick and Luke were very helpful, responding to my email immediately and then Luke came and sorted out the problem very quickly (a pressure issue!) so the underfloor heating finally came on! Having experienced many disappointments with boiler service in the past that lead me to be extremely nervous about installing a new boiler in a completely different part of the house, I have to say my experience with VitoEnergy was refreshingly different. VitoEnergy were quick to visit and estimate the work involved that perfectly meets our needs in a house that is extremely difficult to heat. Even the most complex heating or renewable requirement has a product to fit. We have worked in domestic, commercial and even Passiv Haus so our experience is broad enough to cover pretty much any need.
What inspired you to start your own business?
VitoEnergy Ltd was formed by Elemental Heating and Chapman Heating and Plumbing joining together in 2018. Both Directors Patrick and Adam have run their previous businesses for over ten years each and have been in their field since apprenticeship age.
VitoEnergy are focused on high efficiency solutions, crucially only installing the correct product for each application.

We only fit the best products available, this doesn't mean most expensive however. We have done extensive research and consultation with manufacturers to ensure that we serve our customers in the correct manner.
