What makes a great website?
There are two main things that make a great website.
1. Ease of use
2. Mobile first
The customer or target audience always comes first. If the site doesn't load fast enough or if content is not optimized, then the user loses interest quickly. Also, a mobile first approach is a must in today's digital climate. If a site doesn't have a good mobile interface, then it's HIGHLY likely the user won't give you another chance on the desktop.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We typically want to know what the budget is. You can't expect a Porsche for the cost of a Civic. Although digital can save money and is much more targeted, it doesn't change the cost of production. So we try to understand the expected budget and figure out how to optimize that budget as much as possible.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating campaigns that drive results for our clients. Driving business toward success is most satisfying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm a person that always thinks, "there has to be a better way." I started Vitamin D to help clients find the "better way" to meet and exceed their business goals.
