Great Gym in the City Centre. It has recently been expanded so now has double the facilities. It has a sauna and steam room with a large studio for classes, all of which is included in the low membership price. You also get great discounts in their salon and clinic. Must See. More...

Just got back from my regular appointment with Simon at Vitality. I have been a client of Simon's now for sometime and the level of service I get started off very high and has been consistent in all the time I have been there. Always pleased with the way Simon cuts my hair and the time he spends beforehand with the consultation to see if I fancy a change and he always gives spot on advice. Another plus are the conversations I have whilst there - always very friendly both Simon and Shannon and I always look forward to my next visit. More...
