My experience at Vitality was nice and calm i am a new patient i got there late 40 min .dew to traffic i was greated nicely and they found a way to fit me in that was a first for me. And the dr, Dr Bob is very good and very thorough. For this type of treatment, tele-medicine was completely satisfying. The doctor and I were able to 'connect' on a deep level with no distractions and a little extra personal space.

I am having a lot of difficulty with my illness and dealing with life. The staff Doctors, and therapist are very helpful. They have been patient with me and are helping me greatly with my illness . I use this office for med management. I have always found the staff extremely accommodating when it comes to flexibility of appointments and even managing to time my spouses appointments and my own so we can both be seen the same day to save us extra drives ( we live an hour away) my provider was very kind, articulate and willing to allow me a say in my own care. As well as always welcoming questions and hearing my concerns. I didn’t find the receptionists rude. And felt they were quite friendly. Occasionally I’ve seen/heard clients be rude or frustrated on the phone or in the waiting room and from my perception the receptionists are quite simply capable of being assertive. The only negative comment I have is the layout of the waiting room. Sound carries to easily and doesn’t allow a private work area for the employees to do their job and maintain everyone’s privacy. Idk maybe a radio in the patient waiting area would suffice? Lastly I will say when I first arrived at this office I had been unable to find a provider for months and was already 6 weeks without meds. After explaining that I couldn’t wait a month for meds without the risk of further deterioration of my mental health they were happy to make time for me that day. 4 stars are attributed to the wonderful care I have been receiving from Dr. Joe Ali. I've since learned he has left Vitality and I have not met with a replacement Doctor yet. As far as calling the office for just about anything most receptionists there do not ever seem to be on the same page. They lack knowledge in simple questions asked and it bothers me because my health is at risk if they can't have better control of the front office. More...

I absolutely love Dr C is is awesome and very understanding to my daughters needs. He is polite and respectful. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful and understanding. I cannot comment on the psychologists at the practice - BUT, as far as the psychiatrist, Dr. Cabisudo, he’s been a life saver for my son. He works with him and with us to understand my sons struggles. We’ve NEVER experienced a problem with payment over the last 5 years. DO NOT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS. The Dr only sees a specific number of patients, so he can give them proper attention.  Also has counselors \ phycologists, who are highly educated and qualified.  I was seeing the counselor and dr in the same 1 hr. Visit.  They were Highly in tuned with my concerns.  The Dr. assisted me in finding other resources and provided me with referrals.  When i moved to Orlando he helped me with the transition.  One of the best practices, Drs, staff and location in Orange County \ Hudson Valley.  This review is from real life experiences and my REAL issues They addressed my problems with respect and dignity.   Have respect cause vitality physicians group practice will not respond cause they protect medical privacy, so dont listen to the next bad review because its not true.  I had issues and they SAVED MY LIFE, really real.  Haggai Shimoni.  God bless this life saving practice and staff.
