My 16-year-old son and I had the pleasure of getting trained by Nico and Erica this summer. My son wanted to pack on some muscle and I wanted to concentrate on conditioning drills. They’re incredible attention to detail and professionalism definitely separates them from their competitors. They were extremely sensitive to some of my shoulder limitations and at the same time provided me with the best conditioning workouts that would rival any CrossFit gym. The best part of this whole experience was seeing the smile and confidence on my son‘s face. I thank you both for your time and expert tutelage and it is my pleasure to share our experiences with everyone and we look forward to training with the both of you in the near future. I trained with Erica for almost 2 months. If I hadn’t moved I’d still be training with her! She customized my workout to what I needed. I lost a lot of inches and became more toned. I had never felt better about myself or more comfortable in my skin. I highly recommend her and Nico to anyone looking for an extra push and some motivation to change their life style. More...
