Vitales Restaurant

We went to their Tuesday night Prime Rib buffet. What a meal! We started off with a great antipasto; all kinds of Italian cold cuts, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, a number of cheeses like provolone, swiss, camembert, and several others. Four different types of salad; a tossed mixed salad, caesar salad, salad with apples, raisins and nuts, and another one, but, I forgot what was in it. There were also several cold salads like coleslaw, bruschetta, fresh sliced mushrooms, tomatoes, and an assortment of the most delicious breads. Now, for the hot food; oven roasted potatoes, rice pilaf, eggplant rollantini, gnocchi with a Bolognese meat sauce, mixed vegetables that included broccoli, zucchini, squash and carrots, a tri-colored pasta primavera in a cream sauce , shrimp stuffed with crabmeat and, of course, hand carved prime rib. Then they had a dessert table with fresh cut-up fruit, brownies, mini cheesecakes, carrot cake, apple strudel, a white cake, a caramel cake, a chocolate filled cake and I m sure that I must have left something out. All this for $15.95.
The food was really delicious. What really impressed us was that everything was quality and not just quantity. A couple in our party wanted their prime rib more well done than it was at the carving table. The carver said, No problem?, and carved some, brought it to the kitchen where they cooked it medium well and delivered it to our table. Within minutes the prime rib appeared cooked as requested. Their staff very was attentive and responsive.
The restaurant is very pleasant. The main dining room is large with a small private room, there is an extension that has greenhouse windows and then off of that there is an outdoor patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and have put this on our list to return. More...

This is a nice place with a cute patio area. Food is very good and the portions are large. It's worth checking out!

Vitale's is a great place to go for some delicious Italian food. Its location is also very convenient. Everything is reasonably priced and I would certainly reccomend that everyone check it out!
