We signed with Vital Image because not only were they an (almost) all-in-one company, but also the enthusiasm Tasha had as she shared what they can do, and who they are. We do just about everything at the last minute, and this didn't phase them at all. Tasha did so much for us, especially as our day got nearer, from printing to running errands to setting up our reception hall. This doesn't even begin to cover the intangible duties she performed. As a self-described "Worry Sponge", she did exactly that with our anxieties and fears over all the details, big or small.

The day of our wedding was beyond perfect. The weather could not have been better. We had a ceremony site, a reception site, and two other sites we wanted pictures at. Rich ran the show perfectly all day and night, from ensuring we got all the shots we wanted, to being a comedic emcee, to kicking ass when and where it was appropriate (or needed). His level of professionalism is unparalleled (I bartend at a wedding venue, and have seen lots, LOTS, of photographers come and go), and the quality of his work is stunning.

Our 2nd photographer, Hardy, was the quiet, unsung hero of the evening. He was not only a great asset to Rich, but another source of humor and calming for everyone he was working with. We thoroughly enjoyed his company as much as the work he was doing. Our videographer, Adam, was very friendly, but quiet. He was always there, almost unnoticeably, catching everything we'd want him to. And his face lit up like a kid on Christmas when he got out his drone. Paul, our DJ, took the time to call us personally the day before to make sure we went through the timeline and knew what was important to us. He was also able to find the time and capacity to set up and do the ceremony very last minute too!

I think the best thing I can say about our experience with the Vital Image team is that our day mattered to them. Perhaps on a level beyond our guests (who, let's be real, aren't as concerned about all the little details as we are). They got to know us and truly cared about how the wedding went. Their love and excitement for their jobs is evident in every bit of effort they put forth. We can't wait to get the final products, because honestly it was so much fun that we're ready to go 'round again! More...

We used Vital Image for photography, videography, DJ/lighting, and our photo booth and we are so happy we did! Throughout the entire planning process our Day Of Coordinator, Emma, was on top of all of our details and was in constant contact with us about any questions we had. Rich, David, and Jack helped to keep our wedding party and guests laughing throughout the evening as they took photos and video of our special day. We know our photos and video will be incredible and that those three are absolute geniuses with a camera (and drone!). Chris and Dave, our DJs, were absolutely outstanding and so many of our guests came up to us to tell us how awesome they were. Our photo booth attendants were amazing as well; we love the photo book they put together for us!

The days following our wedding my husband and I could not stop raving about how much we not only loved our team, but how thankful we were to work with them. We were in awe of their professionalism and positivity throughout planning and during our wedding day. As my husband kept saying, "They were just incredible!" We will never be able to thank them enough for all that they did for us and for making our day what it was: perfect!

It says one thing if the bride and groom love their wedding vendors, but it says something so much more if their guests loved them all as well. We received so many messages and comments during the wedding and after from our guests telling us how much they loved the Vital Image team, how they kept them laughing, and how excited they were to see our photos and video. If you are considering booking Vital Image for any of your wedding needs, definitely book them; you will not regret your decision! We used Vital Image for photography, DJ, and photo booth, and they were amazing. We had Seth for photography, and we felt he went above and beyond for us. We haven't seen all of our photos yet, but we saw some of the amazing night time photos that he did for us and we LOVE them. Many people have commented that they are the coolest wedding photos that they've ever seen. He was professional and fun, and we received many compliments from guests about him. He did our engagement shoot as well, and we had fun doing it and loved the pictures. He even got knee deep in the lake to take pictures for us. He is very artistic, his style is unique, and I can't wait to see the rest of our photos!

Bill was our DJ and he did a great job as well. He played the songs we asked him to play, and he had people out on the dance floor all night. He even came out to teach us how to do the cupid shuffle because we were all failing miserably when he played it haha. I had one guest who asked for his name because she wanted to refer him to someone else because she loved him so much! He also did the music for the ceremony, and brought the uplighting for us and it all looked great.

The photo booth was a lot of fun and I'm glad we chose that as our guest book/favor. When guests take a picture, it prints two copies, one to put in the guest book and one for them to take home. It was a lot of fun going back and looking at all the photos and comments that everyone made.

Overall, from start to finish, vital image was amazing to work with. From the time that we first met Rich in the studio, to the day of our wedding, we had a blast with them. They were also extremely responsive to all emails which was really appreciated. Tasha helped me with a lot of different things. I didn't have a wedding planner, but I didn't feel like I needed one because they had everything together for me. They have online planners for your day of timeline, and also online planners for your music. Seth kept us in check the day of the wedding, and tried to keep us on time all day, so I really felt like I didn't have to worry about anything. We used Vital Image for our wedding on August 26. I had heard about them because another friend on FB had used them in her wedding and, since I wanted to keep my wedding vendors local, I checked them out. They were amazing! Tasha and Emma always answered my questions and emails promptly and completely. They were super flexible in scheduling appointments for me since my husband and I work opposite shifts. On the day of, Seth (our main photographer) was phenomenal. He kept the pictures rolling so they didn't take a long time. We didn't have a lot of directions or certain pictures we wanted and all of his suggestions turned into great pictures! We absolutely loved working with vital image! We used them for photography, videography, DJ and photobooth. Trish was our lead photographer, but she also doubled as a wedding coordinator! She found great locations for our pictures and made a timeline for the day! Trish sewed my dress 10 minutes before I walked down the isle and also helped me get mud out of my dress after the field photography! We had Leo as our second photographer. He captured alot of great photos of the men getting ready prior to the ceremony as well as during the field photography! Erick was our DJ and he was a pleasure to work with. We had two different phone calls to discuss our song list and kept the dance floor packed all night! We had multiple people tell us that they haven't seen the dance floor that packed at a wedding EVER (kudos Erick)! Kevin was our videographer. I had full intentions of writing a bad review of Vital Image after I was told my Officiant + DJ were no longer with the company TWO WEEKS before my wedding. Rest assured, Rich Henry, owner of Vital Image, reached out to me and more than made up for it. He spent the time to go over all my correspondences with my previous Officiant and made sure everything was the way I wanted it. He even made it a point to be there for the Rehearsal when I originally wasn’t going to have my Officiant there. I was so impressed with him and his knowledge and ability to delegate and coordinate with my wedding party, wedding coordinator, photographer and DJ. He also made an effort to make sure I felt I was getting my money’s worth regardless of all the chaos. Though I don’t wish what happened to me on any Bride, I am happy to leave this 5 star review to Rich and the Vital Image team for making sure I was taken care of. My twin sister booked Vital Image for her wedding on June 16, 2018. They were so amazing that the first thing I’m doing the morning after the wedding is making sure to leave a review! We booked Vital Image for photography, videography, and our Photo Booth. Our wedding was May 18th, 2018 and it went perfectly! Tom, Melody, Mark, and Anthony did a spectacular job! The photos that we have seen so far a beautiful! I cannot wait to see what Mark did with our video. Wedding photographs are one of the few things from the wedding that you’ll have forever and isn’t just a one day expense, so we knew we had to get this right. There are a lot of good photographers in the Milwaukee area, but don’t feel like you have to spend a fortune to get a good one. We chose Vital Image partly due to the very affordable price they offered, but we were extremely happy with the quality of photos we got, the customer service we received, and the other options they offered. They let us look at samples of photography and pick the style of photographer we liked best. We did engagement pictures with them as well which were very affordable and very well done. This also allowed us to get to know our photographer, Seth, ahead of time and build a relationship with him. Seth was great with our engagement pictures and really made us feel comfortable. We aren’t really a selfie/picture couple and feel awkward taking pictures, so the fact that Seth made us very comfortable is really saying something. He immediately showed us what the pictures were looking like during the shoot, asked for and took any feedback we gave him, took pics of any ideas we had, and gave us ideas we hadn’t thought of. He stayed until he was sure we got all the pictures we wanted. Seth also met with us a few weeks before the wedding to get the timeline down. We hadn’t really thought of any timeline so he helped us through what most people do and we used that timeline when other vendors needed it and it worked out great. The day of the wedding Seth was always on time and right where he needed to be. He fit right in with my guy friends and was able to joke around and make us laugh, and he made the girls feel comfortable as well. He got a bunch of good solo shots, groomsmen shots, bridesmaid shots, and group shots. He got a bunch of shots of our niece and nephew who were the flower girl and ring bearer.
