There are not enough positive words in the world to describe our experience with the ladies behind Vita Bella. Rhi and Gina were an absolute delight to work with from the very first meeting down to the final minutes of our wedding. They were timely with their communication, flexible in accommodating our requests and also had plenty of creativity and ideas of their own to make our vision come to fruition. Their pricing was very reasonable and for the service they delivered, it was worth every penny. Our flowers and arrangements were beautiful and definitely the talk of many of our guests. Simply amazing! Rhi put together all the bouquets and centerpieces for our wedding and they could not have been more perfect. I so enjoyed working with her-- she was easy to reach, very professional, and the final product was exactly as we had imagined! She made my life so much easier by arriving early to arrange the centerpieces, decorate our cake, hang garland, and even help with the boutonnières! Best of all, Gina and Rhi worked with me to create arrangements that were as close to what I had envisioned while still honoring our budget. Gina and Rhi did a Beautiful job making Scott & Amber’s dream come true! The Bridal Bouquets the girls carried were just gorgeous! Everything from the corsages to table arrangements were absolutely beautiful. The Roses were big and beautiful and we received so many compliments from the Wedding guests, everyone wanted to know who the decorators were. Many of the roses are still alive a week later. Gina and Rhi were very accommodating, timely and helpful every step of the way. Theron was incredible! My husband and I were indecisive in parts about what we wanted for our big day because all we knew was that we wanted to have a good time! Theron listed some of our taste in music and expanded on it so well on our big day. We are big emo kids at heart and Theron saw that in our choice of songs so he played Fall Out Boy, Hawthorne Heights, and all the good 90's music we love! We can't say enough amazing things about Whilin' Out Entertainment!! From the beginning both Theron and Chase were responsive and so helpful with the questions we had.
At each meeting they made us so excited for the wedding and their plan and set for the reception which gave us complete confidence that the wedding day music would be perfect. At the wedding we loved how they were at the DJ booth dancing along to all the songs that the guests were dancing to instead of standing and watching. It showed that they genuinely love what they do and that small detail made their service above and beyond what we expected. These guys are organized, passionate, dedicated and amazing to work with.
