What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Simply put, mastering light. But truth be known, more goes into photography than simply one thing.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Pricing varies depending on the project, so expect to provide more details than "how much do you charge?" To provide accurate pricing, I need to know where, when, how much time, how many photos, how many edited and type of editing, and what are the photos for. I may request more information, but these items are a good start.
What do you love most about your job?
Photography is a passion, but seeing the reactions of my clients with the end results is the most satisfying part.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always loved photography, literally all genres. What got me into photography as a business was a friend that was so happy with my photos of her daughter, which I took just for fun, that she asked if I ever thought of photography as a business. Since then, I have only strived to get even better.
