Was quite impressed with the other reviews I read and Allan’s chats on the phone so went ahead with them. Process was fairly smooth except for the fact that they didn’t double check the address - they put in their address instead of mine which means I have had to spent over 4 hours of travelling and had to pay for a private ceremony which cost me £136 to get my citizenship. When I inquired about this Allan said the council can just send the letter to my local council → but this isn’t true. A small but costly oversight - would recommend others to choose someone else who pays more attention to detail. Go elsewhere. More...

I have reached out to Allan after reading his reviews and I was not wrong. When I approached Allan to support me after having have had so many negative comments from other immigration solicitor I was surprised by his energy and positivity. He made me feel at ease when meeting him which it meant a lot as the last thing you need when you find yourself in a difficult position with immigration is someone offering very little hope. Allan was the opposite of that he made me believe we could overcome my hurdle with his expertise and many years of practise. My family have dealt with immigration lawyers for the last 30 years and almost every single of of them capitalised on my family financially buy charging ridiculous fees and offering bad advice. Again Allan was the very opposite. He offered me reassurance and plenty of knowledge with a fee that was justified by his amazing understanding of the law and work rate. I have been very cautious and on the fence with immigration solicitors but the minute I met Alan it was clearly very different. He has bags of experience and his professionalism is outstanding I will forever grateful to have had him on my corner and I will definitely use him again for my ILR application. Alan has stayed in regular touch throughout the process providing updates, reassuring me and being transparent about the whole process. Immigration had told very negative news but Alan challenged everything professionally and got me a positive result but turning their decision around effectively. After 12 years living in Asia, I returned to the UK. However, we needed to get my wife cleared for entry by the UKVI.
