I have had a very good experience with Virtue Estate Agents and I couldn't recommend it more if you are looking to stay in a place near uni. Staff are very friendly and extremely thoughtful as the place is always kept in clean conditions and if there is any problems they solve it immediately. We bought a house, a few months ago and Virtue were the Estate Agents. We were sceptical initially as we never heard of them and neither any one of our friends. But to our delight, Virtue Estate agent were really professional. Sam was instrumental throughout all the stages of our house purchase. He managed the viewing a couple of times before we made our mind to put the offer, resolving all doubts after checking with the seller.During the contract exchange process, Sam was crucial following up with Seller and making sure there are no blockages. The whole process took additional 2 weeks than originally planned but that was because of the issue on Seller's side and Sam kept us posted all the time. Virtue has lived up to its name in the sense that whenever I encountered problems with my landlord they worked diligently to remediate the problems at hand.
