What do you love most about your job?
I love that fact that we can see the transition in an individual or small business from being totally overwhelmed to being able to plan for the future with confidence.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We saw the need from many solo entrepreneurs and small business owners for someone to be a "virtual partner", someone who they could call upon for advice or run ideas past, who could provide services as and when they were needed and who understood their business enough to make well informed recommendations.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have experience in a range of business disciplines. I have run large and small businesses and worked with dozens of individuals and small business owners . I'm also a certified business and personal coach. Jane has a background as a business analyst and has worked as a virtual assistant. She also has a expertise in customer management and crm systems. We are supported by a network of specialist associates, for web design, graphics, finance and HR matters if required.
Business coaching and mentoring
Helping business owners to identify where they want to be and potential routes to get there. Then, coaching and mentoring them as they implement the strategy and helping them to keep on track. An important aspect is being available as a sounding board when decisions need to be made or conflicts arise.
We're good listeners and good at helping people work through issues or challenges, identifying items that you may be too close to.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
We have expertise in managing and organising customer information so that it is accessible, relevant and accurate. Many small businesses manage their customers on a spreadsheet which is fine as long as you don't grow too quickly and everyone updates the spreadsheet.
