What do you love most about your job?
This question has multiple answers for me. firstly, because we offer one-on -one business services I have met some wonderful people throughout the years where more often than not they became long-term clients, and friends. I enjoy getting to know my clients, and because of that more personal aspect we have a lot of success all around. Secondly, the flexibility of this job allows me to work on projects at any time of the day or night. This works very well both for myself and my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was always drawn to the computer, and because of this, working on the computer all of the time allowed me to find my calling very quickly. Therefore, I had a business already, without truly knowing it at the time, as I was always helping people, friends and family with online projects. Then it hit me! So here I am.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe that a good reputation does say volumes. I've been doing this type of work successfully for many years, and have been certified twice in this industry. However, I will say that honesty, trust and straightforward communication is the key as to why a client should choose me. Yes, it is about the services and how one completes any project at hand, but without honesty, trust, and good communication that said project will not get done properly.

Yes, I have been working remotely since the 1990's. I can work from anywhere, for anyone worldwide. One of the perks of being a Virtual Assistant.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since I've always worked remotely in some capacity, the only change that I made was to offer my clients more peace of mind, in that they could work remotely too, rather than travel, or work in what they deem to be an unsafe environment, all while getting the same, or more work done, with the knowledge that they are in their safe zone.

There is a need for fillable documents these days for online communication, and ease of use. I have found this to be true now more than ever.
