I absolutely LOVE this florist!! I have been fortunate enough to have someone that sends me flowers 1-2 times a month and they always come from VIP Floral Designs. The owner has delivered them herself when a driver is unavailable. There's always a personal touch to each one and they've all been uniquely different. I can only imagine what she'd come up with for a wedding or an event. Not to mention most of my arrangements last almost 2 weeks!!! Came here to help out my cousin with her wedding since she lives in Hawaii and she's getting married here in Vegas. Lady that help us was really helpful and professional. I received flowers today, such a lovely surprise! Apparently he really wanted them delivered today but the florist closes at 5, so Donna went out of her way to deliver them herself after hours to make sure I received them today. She was so lovely! The flowers are gorgeous, clearly he knows my favorite color! All flowers and foliage are beautiful and healthy! I'll be able to make these babies last a while!!! *THIS IS A REPOST MY PREVIOUS REVIEW GOT DELETED*  "It was Memorial Day weekend and boxing icon Floyd Mayweather was launching the Grand Opening of his new gentlemen's club "Girl Collection" in Las Vegas.   My close friend was making her debut as a dancer at the club. I wanted to send her roses on her first night, and seeing as how I live in Miami, I searched the internet looking for local florist in Vegas. The one that caught my eye was VIP Floral Designs. When I called, I was greeted by this beautiful kind-hearted Romanian woman named Donna. I explained to her my situation and dire need to send my friend roses. With it being a Saturday and the shop on the verge of closing, she explained to me that they were done processing orders for the day and further stated that they do not deliver pass 5 p.m., seeing as how the doors to the club did not open until 9 p.m. that evening. I apologized to Donna for the inconvenience and short notice. She told me that she would love to help me and wishes she had further notice but there was nothing she could do. I explained to her that I am a paralyzed veteran and it is VERY IMPORTANT to me for my friend to receive the roses that evening.  That is when Donna opened her heart and asked me for the name of my friend, the address of the gentlemen's club and the color of the roses. I was overwhelmed with joy, excitement and extremely thankful to her for being so understanding and for not only putting together a very beautiful arrangement of pink and white roses (see attachment) for my friend but for also delivering them herself at 9 p.m. that evening. Long story short, my friend absolutely loved the roses, in fact all the other girls at the club complimented her on them and even said they decorated the locker room nicely. VIP florist is the place to go for a beautiful arrangement of flowers.  I came in to pick up flowers for my moms birthday, but the flowers that were already made weren't the ones I liked.  Instead, they were able to customize my arrangement and have one specially made for what I wanted.  Very satisfied with my service here and will definitely come back again or just order online.THANK YOU SO MUCH! Ordered some "just because" flowers for my mom who came to town. Her favorite are pink carnations. To add body to the arrangement since carnations are smaller flowers, I asked for some hydrangeas to be included. I loved the arrangement I was presented upon pick up! The carnations were a beautiful soft pink and the hydrangeas were a soft blue and white. I should have specified for all white hydrangeas but still loved the contrast of blue and pink. The quality of the flowers was simply gorgeous. No dents, rips, or discolorations whatsoever. The flowers had a lot of body and very full. My experience with VIP Floral has been nothing but wonderful. I placed my order online, navigating through the website is very easy. I selected one of the Happy Birthday arrangements. Now I want to note these are not your typical flowers. My arrangement also had six roses with "Happy Birthday" text on the petal. How awesome is that?!? After I placed an order, I realized forgot to add balloons. The actual floral shop on decatur is on my commute so I went there the next day to ask if I could add it.I walked in and was warmly greeted. We chatted a bit because I used to be an old customer years ago when they were on decatur and desert inn. I told her my situation about forgetting to add some balloons. "No problem," she said, added 6 ballons to my order. I asked about the delivery times because I was worried that my friend might not get it before she left work. She asked me what time would be great, and told me she would be personally delivering it. Service here is excellent, very friendly staff. My friend loved the flower arrangement. I was so impressed with their service and quality. I had to order a credenza flower arrangement for our owner that is coming to town. So, I needed it today and I placed the order yesterday. I searched the internet looking for something not too expansive. Everyone was charging $250-$300. I really did not have that kind of budget. I got to their website and under specials I found the East Meets West for $128. I called, spoke with the owner, Adelina and she told me it is kind of small and she said she will make it nice with what she has in stock. I explained to her what I needed it for and that I need it for the next day.She said no problem it will be ready by 10am.I could have not been happier when I saw the arrangement. It is beautiful! I think she made it bigger and nicer than what was in the picture on the website. Nice ladies, great prices and when I went to pick-up my arrangement I saw more arrangements in their refrigerator, all gorgeous! I couldn't be more pleased with the arrangements they made for my daughter's baptism. The center pieces included ivory roses and hydrangeas. They were so beautiful and elegant! I didn't need any other decorations at my reception venue because the flowers were so lovely. The head table arrangement was my favorite, bigger and more elaborate than the other center pieces. It was so beautiful, elegant and sophisticated--totally exceeded my expectations! They delivered everything to the venue on time, which made the day much less stressful for me. Additionally, their customer service was exceptional, they were just wonderful, easy to work with and very accommodating.I've been disappointed with florists in the past because you typically get something smaller and more disappointing than what is advertised in photos. I was trying to get my friend exotic flower arrangement for the opening of their restaurant . I had to go to 3 other shops before I found VIP . I was fortunate they had the flowers I was looking for and more . The ladies helped me decide on flowers n design . I was a little concern bout price when they were so helpful n friendly . When I told them I needed in 2 hours they made it happened . The arrangement was gorgeous !!  I send flowers to friends n family all the time so I'm aware of the cost .
