Brilliant service altogether! Having all my old photos in different places and albums made me feel anxious and I was determined to do something about it! I found Vintage Photo Lab, and did a trial. Vintage Photo Lab have done two assignments for me. One involved copying a large collection of individual photographs. The other involved copying selected pictures of different sizes from a book. They did all the work meticulously and speedily. Apart from the work itself, they have very good customer care. You get a personal service.Would I use them again? ... Like many people I've accumulated many decades of photos and mostly they sit in a box, unloved. So I looked around and found Vintage Photo Lab to be a promising option - being both local and the recipient of many happy reviews. Once I'd made the decision VPL were efficient in taking my photos, scanning them and returning them safely. I had a batch of my old photos scanned by Vintage Photo Lab a couple of years ago when I wanted to put together a photo album. I was really pleased with the results and recently decided to get all my remaining photos scanned. I would highly recommend Vintage Photo Lab on the quality of results and the great care they took of my cherished old photos. Communication was excellent and I knew my photos were in safe hands. I miscounted my second batch and overestimated how many I had. Niko contacted me to let me know I had therefore overpaid and sorted out a refund for me without my asking. What do you love most about your job?
Helping people share those amazing old photos and exploring the nearly-forgotten stories behind each one. We also love delighting customers with award winning service and saving them hours and hours of dreaded scanning using a flatbed scanner at home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When trying to make a photo book for my gran, I realised scanning 100 photos at decent resolution actually takes a really, really, really long time! There had to be a better way. So I went and found one.
